I currently handle several Engineering projects that are aimed at operating cost reduction. I train and educate existing and new Technician. i consult on production procedures on automated Pita, tortilla and Pancake lines.As a techincian; previously, I repaired, modified and improved on existing manufacturing equipment.As a previous plant manager I was also consulting on Electrical and Mechanical engineering. I did light IT jobs for the main office. I handled document retention (Food Safety, Kosher etc.). I handled purchasing and procurement. I was the Food Safety and Food Defense manager/coordinator. I have a certificate in HACCP management.I speak, read and write four different languages.
