• Lead point of contact and management for assigned projects• Responsibility for assigned project teams• Responsibility to carry out an instrumental role in nurturing existing client relationships and winning new projects • Provide technical expertise as required on projects throughout the business• Attend Client meetings acting as the technical lead in regards to project management as required• Responsible for managing and positively developing relationships between Clients, Subcontractors and Internal Staff• Provide leadership and direction to assigned project teams and attend key Client meetings as required• Line Management of employees as assigned, including management of employee productivity and performance• Responsible for managing job profitability of assigned projects • Promote and foster a strong team culture and open and transparent communication within the PM, project teams and throughout completion of projects

Business Development and Managing Project

Responsible in managing Integration of Structure, CME, Microwave and BTS for YTL WIMAX, Huawei Maxis, Umobile, ZTE (Digi) Projects - Planning and co-ordinate activities with Sub Contractors and site Supervisors- Secure new project and business development.- Coordinate between Building Owner and Main Contractors for access Issues and Work Permit- Manage and implement project from first stage up to Acceptance Test and Documentation stage.- Plan, schedule, monitor, and Update daily trackers for Main Contractors - Handling TNB Power applications for CME Sites- Attend daily meeting with Main Contractors and Conduct weekly Internal Meeting. - Handling Project costing, Budget and delivery of the project on time.- 1st level and 2nd Level support during emergency requirement. - Handling documentation and submission of claims.- Provide presentation in Installing, testing and commissioning when required.- IP planning and implementation for Cisco Routers.

Responsible as a Head of Technical support for DIGI- 3G implementation as followed:- Installed, Implement and do maintenance NETMASTER (Network Management System) for 3G Traffics at DIGI RNCC- Planning, Installed and Maintenance for Core Network Equipments – Cisco Switched, Routers, Server and Database- Design IP Planning for 3G SPDH Radio, Cisco Switches into DIGI Networks- Design and Implementing OSPF Network diagrams- Attend Management meeting with DIGI Personals- Provide Technical support for Microwave teams and Core Network teams- Conduct Technology Tanning for Internal (Nera) and External (DIGI) staffs.- Assign daily tasks for internal staffs- Handling in Project costing, ensure the project requirement and delivery of the project on time within the budget.- Prepare operation schedule for NMS and O&M staff.- Communicate with Huawei (OSN) and DIGI Personal( DIGI Networking) to bring up all Collecting Point (CP) and NE’s- Communicate with Huawei and ERICSSON to synchronized their NODEB with NERA Equipment- 24 hours Technical support remotely using VPN Connection to DIGI Network.
