CurrentRunning a full desk as a recruiter across multiple industries including IT, Finance and Accounting, Admin/Clerical, Human Resources, Healthcare, Legal, Executive, and Skilled Trades.Sourcing candidates using tools such as HireEZ, Indeed, LinkedIn, Dice, and internal databases to fill various roles within the organization.Managing a team of recruiters, providing coaching, goal setting, training, and intervention when necessary to ensure team success and productivity.Developing and implementing recruiting strategies to attract top talent, including passive candidates, for critical positions within the company.Collaborating with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and align recruitment efforts accordingly.Conducting interviews, screening candidates, and managing the candidate selection process from start to finish.Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment and hiring processes.Monitoring and analyzing recruitment metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions.Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements throughout the recruitment process.Building and maintaining relationships with external partners such as staffing agencies, job boards, and professional networks to expand candidate pipelines and improve recruitment outcomes.
