Worked as an integral part of the NHRA Mello Yello Drag Racing Series National Event team, handling title sponsor lead up and on-site logistical concerns while working closely with track operators to ensure sponsorship agreements were met in accordance with the contracts, organized and carried out all NHRA fanfests across the country, oversaw signage production from concept creation through on-site install at 24 national events.

Throughout my time at Student Sports, I worked closely with the Event and Football Operations departments helping to plan and coordinate events such as the Elite 11 (elite quarterback camp), the Opening (football camp), Area Code Baseball (HS baseball showcase), and Elite 24 (elite basketball camp). My daily activities included signage preparation, hydration preparation, and camper overseer. In addition to working on events, I also managed a national HS basketball database that housed over 5000 players, as well as wrote and edited articles published to Studentsports.com.

Competed semesterly chapter membership green report for our national organization, updating members status with the university and other pertinent information. Created and monitor all fraternity email list-serves for each fraternity comity. Managed all incoming and outgoing mail for 120 active fraternity members.

Responsibilities included the organization and coordination of recruitment events designed to entice outside students to join our organization. Held three recruitment events per week over a five week period at the beginning of each semester. Managed a potential new member list of nearly 300 names each semester. Held weekly meeting with fellow recruitment officers to debrief completed events and implement new ideas/tactics for future events. Over my recruitment teams tenure we increased chapter from 54 to 98 members, an 81% increase.
