Michael Raucci is a partner in the Chemical Practice Group of the firm’s Washington, D.C. office and has over 13 years’ experience in representing domestic and international clients. Mr. Raucci practices in all areas of intellectual property law with a focus on patent prosecution, rendering opinions on patentability, infringement, and validity, including freedom to operate and product clearance analysis, as well as on the litigation of intellectual property matters, including reexamination practice. Mr. Raucci also routinely lectures and trains client in-house personnel on IP law.Mr. Raucci prepares and prosecutes patent applications relating to the chemical and mechanical arts, including rechargeable batteries, petrochemicals, biofuels, pharmaceuticals, polymers, medical devices, gas sensors, catalysts, metal alloys, rubber compositions, semiconductors, photoresists, display devices, OLEDs, glass compositions, printing technologies, conductive films, and magnetic recording media.
