• Research, evaluate and purchase services, supplies and equipment based on price, schedule, service, quality and warranty.• Assist with writing specifications, prepare bid forms, oversee bidding process, analyze bid results and make recommendations and awards.• Work contstantly with engineering, manufacturing, QA/QC, suppliers, accounts payable, and management team to ensure open communication and continuous improvement.• Create Standard Operating Procedures for purchasing, receipt, and distribution of material.• Provide leadership, supervision and training to all purchasing and warehouse personnel.• Oversee proper kitting of material for work orders.• Manage shipping and receiving to insure proper material is purchased and distributed to the shop floor.• Coordinate logistics of material delivered to customers.• Provide support to ensure vendors, suppliers, subcontractors performance; develop key point indicators for monitoring performance. • Work with other managers, supervisors and leads to implement company policy and goals.

• Monitor production equipment, compressors, wellheads, and meters.• Manage daily fluid production; gauge and record water tanks; record all seal records. • Participate in periodic well review meetings with foreman, techs, and asset manager.• Analyze production related problems and work with foreman, techs, asset manager, and other related personnel to troubleshoot.• Submit daily data and turn in all reports and tickets on a timely basis.• Inspect lease sites, ensure they are clean and maintained.• Work to optimize production in a safe, cost-effective manner.
