Promoted to District Manager after 2 years of successfully turning around 4 struggling store branches in the areas of new loans, profit, all while decreasing net losses in accounts. I provide strategic sales and operational leadership to a 10 store, $10 million district. I manage a staff of over 40 employees throughout the Charleston, Beaufort and Bluffton areas of South Carolina. I am responsible for the staffing and hiring of top talent along with creating their individual development plan. Managed a team of four per location and trained new hires along with senior level executives. I also held the position of Sales Trainer for the district. As the Sales Trainer, I was tasked with training and evaluating newly hired General Managers prior to their placement in managing individual store locations.

Licensed in the state of Georgia to sell property, casualty, life and health insurance. Tasked with helping start a State Farm Agency from scratch. Implemented sales and marketing strategies to increase growth and total accounts. Increased sales through marketing strategies such as B2B, customer referrals and cold calling. Successfully upsold customers who came in with one need in mind but discovered other hidden needs through relationship building and selling.
