My career has been one of the best journeys of my life. Over the past 15 years, I've dived deep into the world of data and technology, finding my niche in data management, machine learning, business intelligence, and IT project management. It’s been a rewarding path, one filled with opportunities to make real impacts across different fields.At Lumen Technologies, I found myself at the forefront of some exciting projects. I designed data integration solutions that optimized the customer billing experience, balanced operational expenses and fostered a collaborative environment that significantly improved my cohorts overall workplace satisfaction and performance. One of the highlights was my role as a designated AI instructor, where I got to bridge the gap between cutting-edge AI technologies my company was adopting, and practical business applications used by my fellow analysts and data scientists. It was amazing to see the tangible improvements in workplace performance.Before Lumen, I was at Travelport, where I led global data migration and cleansing initiatives. It was a huge responsibility but also incredibly fulfilling to see our efforts ensure data source stability and drive recurring revenues. My time at Comcast Communications was also memorable, where I implemented high-speed internet and VoIP services to businesses, contributing to the company’s overall financial health and growth.One of my most impactful roles was at the Government Accountability Office (GAO), supporting the audit of the federal governments $65 billion annual IT investment, enhancing data security and operational continuity. We worked on some vital systems, including those at the National Archives, and it was rewarding to know our efforts made a difference.Throughout this journey, I’ve kept learning and growing, earning advanced degrees in Business Administration and Information Systems Management, along with certifications in R Programming, Python with Data Science, and Project Management. My professional affiliations and honors are just icing on the cake, reflecting a commitment to excellence and continuous learning.Looking back, my career has been all about driving innovation, operational efficiency, and financial performance. It's been a fulfilling ride, and I’m excited to see where it leads next.
