I had previously worked in this position as an intern, but this time got the opportunity to work in the call center as a full time employee. A typical day usually consists of taking up to 70 in bound calls per day for order entry's, and I was trained to do customer service related tasks within a month. I also got the chance to analyze and post content on our company Facebook page. Overall, this job has allowed me to develop excellent communication skills via telephone, and has enhanced my customer service abilities in general. Starting in the Summer of 2018, I had the opportunity to gain internship experience and worked 40 hours a week at Universal Screen Arts. I worked with their Marketing department and learned how to perform the basic skills of Circulation Marketing. I also got to spend the other half of the work week in their Call Center, taking several in bound calls a day to address customer needs, and up-sell products when given the opportunity. During school, I worked part time in their Call Center until February of 2019. This was an all around great experience for me and I learned many valuable skills that I will take with me and continue to grow as a person and as an employee.

I worked at Marcs in Broadview Heights from 2015-2017. I worked in several departments over the course of three years including Households, Dairy, Closeouts, Produce, Carts, and Frozen. It allowed me to gain experience communicating to customers and addressing their needs/wants, while also learning how to work with others, and the necessary skills that my employers want.
