Media Intelligence Manager
Current- Lead and execute PR/media analysis projects with an understanding of clients' business objectives and communication priorities, evaluating coverage in traditional and social media.- Track media coverage for clients on a company, brand, and messaging level to evaluate share of voice, sentiment, potential impressions, and other KPIs as well as conversation subject matter.- Manage day-to-day client contact and proactively develop the analytics relationship, including determining research priorities, presenting data-driven insights, and identifying new business opportunities.- Train, manage and conduct performance appraisals of junior employees.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors.- Execute project administration tasks, including cost and profitability monitoring.- Utilize AI tools and techniques to enhance data analysis and client reporting, improving efficiency and accuracy.
