Established automated routines to deliver a standard application group to each PC. Promoted to manage the entire computing environment for TWB subsidiary.

Spearheaded and coordinated personal efforts and consultant to installation of all hardware and software. Additionally executed administrative duties on an ERP system, running reports, compressed the database and miscellaneous tasks. Charged with management of the Novell network and all desktop PC maintenance.
