I am pleased to announce I have taken a partnership role at ARQ General Contracting. After 10 years in commercial real estate, with a heavy emphasis on building improvement projects, tenant improvement projects and capital projects, I felt this was the appropriate time to join an all-star team at ARQ, where I can use my firsthand knowledge of what it takes to ensure a project is performed in a timely and cost effective manner, in partnership with the property management and engineering teams. I know and appreciate the challenges of working in a commercial office building, and my role is to make the project as easy as possible for the property teams.
