In this role, I manage all aspects of team operations, including strategic planning, budget management, event coordination, and public relations. My leadership has been instrumental in building a strong, competitive team culture that emphasizes dedication, teamwork, and sportsmanship.In addition to my role with the Outlaws, I am the Owner of Arena Sports sent. LLC. This business combines my love for sports with entrepreneurial expertise, offering full-service screen printing, embroidery, and apparel decoration. By providing high-quality team uniforms and sports equipment, Arena Sports has become a trusted partner for athletes and organizations.As the Co-Owner of 717 Tourneys, I organize and sponsor youth baseball tournaments and college showcase events. These events are designed to give young athletes opportunities to develop their skills, compete at a high level, and gain exposure to college scouts. My commitment to promoting skill development and sportsmanship is at the core of these initiatives.My role as the Central PA Territory Manager for Vertical Raise involves overseeing fundraising initiatives that support sports teams and organizations. With a focus on social media marketing, client relationship management, and strategic fundraising, I help teams achieve their financial goals and ensure their continued success.Earlier in my career, I also served as a High School Math Teacher at South Western Senior High School, where I coached various sports teams and mentored students. This experience has given me a unique perspective on balancing academics and athletics, and has reinforced the importance of holistic athlete development.I am passionate about leveraging my extensive experience in sports coaching and leadership to make a positive impact.
