My work history has progressed from working at Brake Supply Company as a Power Train Mechanic for 2 years before excelling into the Failure Analyst Engineer role. I completed numerous root cause analysis reports determining the true root cause of failures and working to create and implement corrective/preventive actions to prevent reoccurring failures. After being the Failure Analyst for several years, I accepted the position of Component Workshop Manager in Balikpapan, Indonesia. That position was the result of a joint venture between Brake Supply and Thiess Contractors Indonesia. In that position, I managed approximately 85 team members that rebuilt power train components including final drives, transmissions, engines, etc. That position was responsible for ensuring throughput and overall cost savings without jeopardizing quality. I have now returned back to the US and back with Brake Supply as the Corporate Quality Assurance Manager. I'm now responsible for improving and maintaining all aspects of the quality of our products.
