I managed the accountability of generators, compressors, material handling equipment (MHE), hydraulic lifts, HVAC systems, cranes, electrical test equipment and calibrated precision measuring tools valued at $65M. ➥ I kept equipment availability up to 4% above USAF standards by proactively coordinating and scheduling 17K annual maintenance tasks and 2K annual inspections.➥ Under my direction and efficient scheduling, customer delivery times of 14,500 annual equipment dispatches were reduced from 20-25 minutes down to 6-7 minutes.➥ My team achieved a QA pass rate of 90-100% with regular inspections of work in progress.
