Working at Station 28 as an IT Technician, I have been stationed at West Buffalo Charter School as their technician on site. While at the school, I oversaw, and managed over 250 Chromebooks and Windows desktops, as well as monitor all network traffic for inappropriate use or attacks. I was able to get very familiar working with G Suite by Google. Learning all the ins and outs of the system. Other than working closely with Google Apps, I had to troubleshoot, diagnose, and fix any technical issues that would arise on a day to day basis, usually involving malfunctioning computer, printers, and audio/visual equipment. I have recently moved on from the education side of Station 28 clients, and now work in one of our more corporate environments. I’m working more closely with Microsoft Active directory, Office 365, and Avaya IP phone system.
