Admitted as a lawyer in 1983 specialising in insurance work, I was named as a recommended Defendant Public Liability lawyer in Doyles Guide in 2016 as a result of client and peer nominations. I defend personal injury claims including catastrophic claims.I have managed a substantial range of property claims, including construction and major motor property claims and recoveries. I have had great success in recovery initiatives for both Suncorp and Lumley in major construction litigation. I have also handled major fraud claims and A& H matters. I have a special interest in IT, cyber and data protection claims and privacy claims. I also provide policy wording drafting and advice.I conduct litigation in all relevant jurisdictions in Australia - the Federal, Supreme, District and Local Courts, the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT) as well as VCAT and QCAT and the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT).
