Technical Project Manager
CurrentEstablish and manage program budget, scheduling, critical path, and technology risks in electrified drivelines with electric drive unit subsystems, including components and interfaces with controls, software, and supplier content.Responsible for flawless execution of AAM’s Engineering Product Development Process (PDP), from business pursuit thru production phases.Plan work across multiple disciplines in System V development process including implementation of ISO26262 requirements.Identify tactical and creative ways to overcome obstacles while meeting deadlines despite setbacks.Ensure ASPICE processes are adhered during creation and maintaining project management plans, supplier monitoring, problem resolution, configuration management and change request management.Lead Change Control Board with stakeholders in determining work scope.Cross-functionally communicate key development updates, risks and timeline on projects as well as presenting to Management team on a weekly basis. Create summaries with clear priorities and comprehensive, time bound plans.Manage customer & system requirements for content, ensuring timing aligns with internal capabilities, negotiate, and clarify drive unit system requirements.Ensure that development, validation, and delivery are according to ISO26262 and ASPICE process guidelines.
