I am lucky that my passion for wine and it's history has led to my career. I studied wine marketing at the University of Adelaide and spent time in South Africa and New Zealand learning about winemaking. Despite my wine training in the New World i am a firm Francophile with a deep love for Burgundy and its wine and food and for Champagne as a proud member of the L'Académie du Champagne. I regularly teach at Westminster Kingsway College and the University of West London on Food and Wine Matching as anyone who knows I see this as the most enjoyable part of my life, food and wine! For the past 15 years i have been working in wine sales to corporate customers in the UK. I have been at Laytons for just over ten years.
