Managed a local crew of 11 people working all aspects of finishes, from floors, walls, and ceilings, including raised access flooring, and special finishes. Solved design issues in field not designed by AOR, and problems of material discrepancies. Worked close with MEP engineers for construction sequence coordination. Worked close with QC team for inspections and punch list. Served on inspections with the QC teams to help client reps understand and show final work was as specified.FEB. 2018 – OCT. 2020OFFICE ENGINEER, B.L. Worked on takeoffs and procurement of materials following projects specifications, leading to submittals in Division 1 – Site Utilization plans, Div. 3 – Concrete, Div. 5 – metal, Div. 6 – Millwork, Div. 7 – Thermal and Moisture Control, specific to roofs, Div. 8 – Doors, Div. 9 – Finishes, Div. 12 – Solar Shades, Div. 13 – Special Construction, geofoam. Created shop drawings working with vendor with existing conditions and coordinating with site superintendents and structural engineers. Solved design issues and created RFI’s to Architect of Record and Engineer of Record.
