Design Technologies - Application Engineering Manager• Responsible for leading a driven multi-disciplinary team that manages AWS infrastructure to deploy a portfolio of 60+ CAD, CAE, and PLM tools to 10,000+ supported Engineers across 5 Amazon business units.• I am a strong collaborator and influential driver of organizational change. By building cross-functional partnerships at the executive level, I deployed a Change Management and Product Lifecycle Management workflow for 2 business units.• I established a reliable business cadence to communicate with collaborators at all levels to ensure business continuity. This cadence is a mechanism to deliver project documentation, status reports, and drive continuous improvement.• I lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of concurrent PLM projects. Design Technologies - Application Engineering• I am the Lead MCAD Application Engineer responsible for team project planning and generating insights from tool usage metrics.• Responsible for driving a strong understanding of product lifecycle management and phase/milestone criteria. I developed and standardized a PLM training and certification program to drive consistency and understanding across the enterprise.• Fostered excellent communication across the organization by implementing a product lifecycle management workflow within the Ring organization. This workflow is now being leveraged by 50 in flight programs and has been standardized.• I successfully lead the Product Integrity Change Management System (PIMS) project. I worked closely with cross-functional teams to gather the PLM business requirements, which were translated into Windchill PLM technical specifications.• Successfully championed strong relationships with cross-functional leaders to develop strategies to upgrade our ECAD-MCAD Collaboration workflow from IDF to IDX. The IDX workflow is now an integrated part of our PLM process.

Advanced Technology Center - RF & Photonics Technology• Mechanical Antenna Designer & Certified Principle Engineer for the Advanced Technology Center: RF & Photonics team.• Established myself as the Windchill PLM Subject Matter Expert for a team of 30 Mechanical Designers and RF Engineers.• Expanded scope of role to become a Technical Program Manager by successfully delivering a $3MM Datacenter Infrastructure program to deliver the design, risk management, manufacturing, test, and coordinate delivery for Qty 50 racks.• Successfully navigated strong regulatory requirements and leveraged industry standard methodologies to deliver the product management and manufacturing of the Orion Spacecraft Wi-Fi patch antenna.• Successfully delivered the product development of an AI and Deep Learning product utilizing the NVIDIA Jetson AGX Dev Kit.• Established a project governance structure to manage projects for the RF Requalification program. This governance structure enabled our team to employ dependency mitigation strategies resulting in a 3-month program schedule reduction.

Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) - Structures and Propulsion Team• Developed new tooling and gauges to reduce the cost associated with assembling THAAD interceptor.• Utilized rapid prototyping to develop critical failure proofing gauges for the canister railcars.• Utilized CAD to support the continuous improvement of the THAAD interceptor and canister engineering.• Assisted suppliers in developing new test methodologies to ensure hardware requirements were met.• Worked closely with quality and principle engineering to address supplier non-conformances.
