With a strong belief that safety & safety training should focus on coaching for improvement rather than policing for compliance, I'm going to be moving full time to what I would describe more as a safety coaching role. Of course, we will always provide our clients & partners with compliant well documented systems, but the deliverables will be focused more to improvement and efficiency, through a coaching and mentoring strategy. People looking out for people, identifying and removing the blockers. Looking forward to where this takes me and those that I work with. My expectation based on feedback is more productive and safer workplaces with people at all levels actively engaged in effective and efficient safety management. With our offices in the Newcastle CBD we will have two training rooms for small groups together with some leading edge technology to enable effective interaction with our clients no matter where they are delivering better value and response times along the way. Of course on site safety assistance and training will always be a part of what we do.
