Unified for Uganda is a non-profit organization that financially and emotionally supports destitute children through the empowerment of global youth. I oversee and approve all marketing and branding materials created by our chapters. I am also responsible for developing and implementing brand guidelines to generate a uniform appearance for the business.

- Provide strategic council to the US Director of Operations on pitching and building client profiles, resulting in an average revenue increase of $7,000 per year, currently organization profits are over $100,000 annually. - Educate interns and organization members how to stage a proposal, present, and implement nonverbal communication into client and chapter acquisition, resulting in a 43% growth of the organization over the last 6 years. - Developed curriculum for Non-Profit Management course taught at private Cincinnati high school, over 50 students have enrolled in the course and 2 levels of the course are now offered.

Miami University’s chapter operates as a public relations agency with Unified for Uganda serving the sole client. The primary objectives for the organization are fundraising and generating awareness while creating a platform for education and experience within a nonprofit sphere. -Provide education of the organization through bi-monthly meetings with all members of the chapter and weekly meetings with two account directors, four account managers, and eight account executives. -Teach fundamental skills used working in a nonprofit sphere including financial responsibilities surrounding donations, tax exemption, and the benefits of a 501c3 organization.
