Responsible for operations to include business development, recruitment, facilities, and logistics support. Program manager for multiple task orders ranging from software development, second and third phase GEOINT analysis, RF MASINT and SAR research and development, and MASINT production. Principal BD/Capture Manager for the Engineering, Professional, and Administrative Support (EPASS) IDIQ. Program manager for other contracts to include the Counter Space Analysis Support Program (CASP), Foreign Air, Space, and Technologies (FAST), and Capabilities Development and Integration Services (CDIS).

Responsible for managing and submitting proposals in support of the ATEP IDIQ. Produces winning documents by integrating win strategy and solutions to customer task order requirements. Ensures proposal are compliant, responsive, and compelling--solution justifies customer award decision to GDAIS. Provides execution leadership to proposal team authors, reviewers and contributors.

Provides management and leadership oversight for the GD-AIS Advanced Technical Exploitation Program (ATEP). GD-AIS is a prime DoD Contractor on a $600 million dollar IDIQ contract vehicle, supporting the National Air and Space Intelligence Center. ATEP scope includes providing services, products, and tools supporting the tasking, processing, exploitation, and R&D for GEOINT, AGI, and MASINT activities. Acts as key liaison with USAF ISR professionals on all matters associated with ATEP management. Capture manager for ATEP task orders and responds to RFPs on new business opportunities. Project lead for ATEP's largest operational task order; Airborne Advanced Geospatial Intelligence.

Serves as the senior enlisted leader of the Air Force's premier analysis center for foreign air, space, cyber, and specialized intelligence supporting the warfighter, acquisition community, and strategic policy makers. Advises the Commander on the readiness, professional development, assignments, morale, and training of over 2500 active, reserve, and civilian airmen.
