My most recent role as Director of Technical Services, has allowed me the ability to create and oversee processes that not only increased team productivity, but created a transparent and trusting culture that spanned across 8 time-zones.At my core, I am passionate about human development and spend a great deal of time promoting growth in the personal and professional skills that make good teams great. As an educator with over 10 years of teaching experience at The State University of New York, I love to teach, and I also love to learn. 90% of the time you'll find me engaged in my own coursework.
