I have specialized in Local marketing since 2005. In my career I have worked across multiple verticals including Legal, Medical, Retail, Home Services, Apartments, Financial Services, Quick Service Restaurants and Personal Care.I have experience from working with single man shops to large scale accounts as large as 12,500 listings across the local marketing ecosphere. I am completely comfortable with all aspects of local search including listing management through the Major Aggregators both in bulk and on a location by location basis, hyper local content optimization, hyper local link acquisition, plus the important local platforms GMB, Apple Maps, Yelp, Bing Places, as well as local tools including but not limited to BrightLocal, Yext, Local Falcon, GatherUp, NAP Hunter, as well as traditional SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEM Rush and Screaming Frog. I am also skilled with detailed local reporting including blending GMB Insights data with traditional website analytics data for a better idea of the entire user journey to conversion. Not only do I have the skills listed above from a practitioner angle, but I am also very strong with training people on the best practices of local search and managing client accounts. Also, from a management perspective, I have designed a local marketing program specifically designed for Franchisee organizations and Authorized dealer networks. My current team of employee’s handle large scale franchisee organizations and work with induvial business owners on behalf of their corporate offices. We help these businesses establish and set up their local profiles, answer all types of questions, manage duplicate and suspended listings, and work with individuals to resolve Ownership conflicts. On top of this we can also provide in person support for large group meetings and crate and provide webinar trainings as well that the corporate bodies can distribute as needed.
