Precision Made Products is a Metal Injection Molding company. I am the Engineering and MIM Production Manager. I evaluate whether parts are suitable for the MIM process and make suggestions to make them more MIM friendly. I work with our mold makers and customers on mold designs. I install and process molds on our molding machines to set up a robust injection process. I help set up sintering programs for each part.I set up the CNC machining department at PMP. I helped program & set up the CNC programs for most of the parts we run. I make adjustments to the programs to improve the machining process. I have designed, built or had built, all of the machining fixtures that we use. I work with the management team to schedule production. I maintain or help maintain all of the equipment at PMP. I troubleshoot problems in all of the production processes at PMP.
