Process Control Specialist
Current- Oversee execution of ongoing Process Control Reviews, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and action orientation. Develop and monitor action plans in conjunction with Process Control findings and recommendations.
- Assist in creating new process controls that coincide with Synchrony Standards, Procedures, and Collection CTCs addressing potential risks in areas of compliance, procedure, operations and performance.
- Ensure accurate/complete process control results and findings to the leadership team
- Identify potential process gaps (issues) and recommendations for closure of gaps
- Execute selected process control administrative items (sample identification, supplier requests for information, calibration)
- Work with the reporting team to develop and maintain process control reporting
