Manage a staff of 275 including the U.S. payer sales force, Payer Segment Strategy, Value and Access Marketing, Trade Sales, Pricing, Contracting and Government Price Reporting.

Responsible for the P&L and life cycle management of Amgen's U.S. Nephrology franchise, including Epogen, Aranesp and Sensipar; totoaling $3.5B in sales and 250 staff.

Responsible for Amgen's largest corporate customer groups including managed care, integrated health systems, commercial and government payers, group purchasing organizations, pricing and distribution channels.
