Over twenty years of hands-on experience managing large-scale and complex plant/building engineering/construction projects including hospitals, medical lab research facilities (BSL3) for life science companies, and universities.Responsibilities include managing the interface between the design team, trade contractors, construction managers, architects and owners, through construction phase of a building or plant new construction, renovation or design change. Additional experience includes extensive involvement with the development and layout of plant equipment and piping, construction specifications and design drawings. Compliance with specific Industry, State and Federal Codes and Quality Assurance Requirements is applicable to all projects. Other representative work scopes include, but are not limited to: plant piping layout and thermal analysis, HVAC equipment evaluations/modifications and diesel generator tubing/pipe replacement, fluid system flow and pressure instrumentation modifications, compressed instrument air equipment modifications, water treatment system modifications, liquid fuel oil storage tank replacement.
