Mids-Jtrs Pma-101 Program Office Fleet Logistics Support
CurrentMore than twenty years experience in Product Support Management (PSM), Fleet Support, and Logistics. Stakeholder and milestone decision maker in all phases of DoD 5000. My career progression in Logistics through the ranks starting as a Navy AT, RF Test Engineer, Logistics Engineer, Logistics Manager, and Fleet Logistics Manager. My current role as (USN) MIDS Program Office PSM for the USAF Fleet fielding of MIDS-JTRS tactical Data Links. Implementing and integrating the 12 Product Support Elements across the enterprise includes managing staff, budget, tasking, and resources to meet DOD and NSA Crypto-Mandate goals for Jan 2022. My previous experiences provide me with a broad spectrum of strategic and tactical knowledge of airborne, shipboard, and ground systems including, TDL, ISR, AEW, and EW weapons systems aboard various mil-spec’d platforms. The experience I bring to the table comes development and fielding of high visibility military systems aboard the EA-6B/EF-111A (ALQ-99/HARM), E-2D (APY-9/ARC-210/PDS), C-2A (NAV/Radios), B-1B (ALQ-161), RQ-4B (SIGINT/ASQ-230/Ground Station S/W), and RC-12X (SIGINT). Two significant career highlights are creating the “standard” in the fielding of the US Army’s RC-12X Guardrail SIGINT system in 2011, and the US Air Force’s James G. Roche awards for the RQ-4B (Block 30) Sustainment Excellence in 2013 and 2014.
