His tenure focused sharply on establishments of new business ventures, including identifying matches between local market needs with available technologies positioning Indonesia as a promising market, where constantly evolving technologies are being implemented country-wide faster and more scalable.With a brief role in Revenue Management and Finance Investment at a renown boutique hospitality group, he helped create a robust hospitality management that is passionate about community development and ever-increasing sustainability efforts.Apart from the life science industry, he had also been worked in higher education, technological projects for oil and gas, petrochemical, semiconductor, aerospace, mining, automotive, and infrastructure industries where he assisted the companies in risk management and total quality projects.On the side, he had worked on key development to promote economy through waste management and turnkey social projects. Out of his passion for human capital and entrepreneurship, he is also a coach and is passionate on Human Capital and Cultural Transformation practices.
