As a People & Culture Intern, I excelled in CV screening, recruitment execution, and team growth. Tasks included:- Managed key aspects of the recruitment process.- Reviewed and processed over 8.000 LinkedIn, Glints, Indeed, and Techinasia profiles for 6 positions, carefully finalizing 530+ CVs.- Engaged with 77 University Career Development Centers to strategically promote job openings.- Efficiently organized and transformed employee engagement survey data into 23 performance appraisal documents, delivering them via email for insightful end-of-year evaluations.- Designed innovative team building and case study games for the annual end-of-year celebration.

- Facilitated the recruitment process by posting job openings and serving as the primary contact person for potential candidates.- Engaged in the end-to-end recruitment process, which involved resume screening, scheduling, and conducting interviews.- Executed the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring their understanding of the organizational culture and responsibilities.

For around one year of experience in this project, I managed several responsibilities, including:- Executed Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and qualitative research studies, including surveys, focus groups, and observational studies regarding sustainability.- Conducted extensive literature reviews to inform research initiatives and led brainstorming sessions. - Conducted in-depth interview with students to gather insights and performed data analysis. - Examined and analyzed data sets collected from a diverse cohort of 35 participants, contributing to the formulation of a blueprint for sustainable community development KRITIS (Komunitas Remaja Implementasi SDGs).- Led a collaborative research subproject on mental health involving data collection and analysis, also created storyboard plot based on real life events.
