CommerceLink is a full-service IT service provider that utilizes our expertise in data management, master data management (MDM), web application development, data analytics, and data integration to assist our clients in increasing their productivity and efficiency from their data. Furthermore, I managed 3 employees at CommerceLink. This management included recruiting, hiring, payroll and performance management. These employees monitored integration health, data quality, data consistency and trust. They took actions to remediate any issues in system. I have led the company to double digit growth each of the last 5 years.Key Projects at CommerceLink Inc.:

• Successfully completed full lifecycle for Security Entitlements Web Application project in Amazon Web Services (AWS) to meet customer requirements. I led this project as an architect and project manager from initial idea to fully implemented Security Data Analytics Web application. • Led application and database Architectural design after gathering requirements of client. I created the MDM relational data model, and deployed Oracle RDS database in AWS. In AWS, I created and deployed Elastic load balancers for web front end, EC2 Windows application server, managed VPC and Security Group rules, deployed EC2 VPN instance to AWS and implemented Amazon Cognito for multi-factor authentication in AWS. In addition, I constructed a Windows .Net application to load Active Directory LDIF entitlements file and Human Resources information using C#.• Gathered and documented client requirements for creation of the Security Entitlements web application. After sign-off, I coded the MVC web application in C#, and created the controller functionality to query the back-end Oracle database in AWS. I then setup the deployment process to deploy this solution to IIS on the AWS EC2 application server. I created the database queries, Oracle PL/SQL procedures for report building, materialized views and views for the successful consumption of data.

I was a member of the Marketing Solutions team in Information Technology at Marriott Vacations Worldwide. We provided business value and a high rate of return on projects for the Marketing Business Systems and Customer Intelligence teams. The projects include diverse changes for data analytics, new owner campaigns, existing owner campaigns, traditional sales channels, guest satisfaction surveys and custom survey management. I completed custom Oracle/SQL Server database development, Integration with both Internal and External data sources, data modeling, source-to-target data mappings, SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) development, Linux Shell scripting, BMC Control-M configuration, report building, data analytics, production support, AWS support, and provided superior customer service. I led over 600 requests through our Agile software development lifecycle for the Marketing Solutions team.

Supported acquisition of Concho systems into ConocoPhillips. I completed presentations, architecturediagrams and led discussions on our Concho MDM. I then supported the effort to bring the Concho data setsinto ConocoPhillips. This effort gave ConocoPhillips business users access to Concho data and an understanding of the Concho MDM implementation.

• Successfully led and implemented new MDM system from scratch. Met with Business Users, created database mappings, data modeling, designed match logic, defined Trust Matrix, created requirements documents, verified and led deployment for Enterprise data integrations in one centralized Master Data Management (MDM) system in SQL Server. This was done in a hub and spoke model to WellView, Aries, Enertia, internal applications, Generwell, AFEMS, AFEWorkflow, GGX, XSPOC, and IHS PIDM. • Served as Enterprise Data Architect for the Data Management Program at Concho Resources. In this role, I served as Subject Matter Expert for the Professional Petroleum Data Management (PPDM) data model and the Data Management Program. Led architecture, support, maintenance and Development of a PPDM 3.8 database. I created and managed the architecture design and diagram for the Data Management platform• Created data quality specifications for the Enterprise, verified data quality reports, and led remediation of issues in the data quality reports. Created custom Spotfire Analysis dashboard for monitoring Informatica data quality (IDQ) results.• Created database procedures in SQL Server to realize matching logic for integrations and created database functions for reference tables lookups.• Completed design, requirements, and construction of SQL procedures to manage standard status for Well Lifecycle, Operatorship and Business Interest Status values across Enterprise• Created specifications, constructed multiple queries and views, verified, and delivered new automated process to export data in user required format (ASCII4). Reduced time intensive process by 85%.• Created process to load data in bulk to the MDM system from Excel spreadsheets. This allowed users to load data in bulk and retire old spreadsheets by loading them as another source in a common repository.• Created training material, and led training sessions for teams to support and maintain MDM system at Client’s company

• Developed requirements, integration data mappings, data modeling and database architecture design for hub and spoke MDM database model to WellView, Aries, SAP Hana, CS Land, Prodview, Procount, and IHS PIDM.• Created, tested and deployed ETL solution for MDM Implementation on SQL Server in AWS for each spoke to WellView, Aries, SAP Hana, CS Land, Prodview, Procount, and IHS PIDM. I utilized SAP Data Services (BODS) as the middleware.• Created and deployed solution to manage MDM Trust Matrix for Canada and the United States. I also created and deployed the SAP BODS job to promote data attributes based upon user configuration in the trust matrix.• Created and deployed comprehensive Spotfire Analysis file for Well Master MDM visualization to be utilized across the Enterprise in the Spotfire library.

• Worked with distributed teams as a Senior Business Analyst gathering and documenting requirements, providing advanced database support and working with development teams to successfully deploy high rate of return projects.• Led Requirements Gathering, Oracle Database Architecture and requirements, Data Model creation, Spotfire analysis, loading process and deployed centralized Oracle database for storage of Geochemical Analyses data based upon Client’s requirements. This allowed the client to fully realize the power of their Geochemical data previously stored in spreadsheets.• Successfully completed Project to automate load of thousands of data points such as Microseismic and well logs into Oracle database.
