• Served as the principal advisor and liaison to the Commander of all Iraqi military forces from the US Military.• Worked side by side with executive-level Iraqi military officials in performance of their responsibilities to support Iraqi military forces.• Mentored Iraqi military officers and soldiers in performance of their responsibilities within a newly-emerged and fragile democratic society.• Coordinated tactical movement and security requirements of the Office with supporting US military forces.

• Led a US Army organization comprised of over 500 employees and 200 vehicles organized into multiple subordinate combat and logistical support teams. Maintained an organizational budget of over $2M.• Supervised the return of organizational equipment from Iraq to Kansas and intensive maintenance operations for organizational equipment valued in excess of $100M.• Organized and trained employees for a second combat deployment to Iraq through an intensive, stair-stepped, 9-month training program.• Effectively managed change by restructuring and reorganizing over 500 employees on short notice into 4 completely new teams for simultaneous operations from multiple deployed locations.• Supervised the overseas movement of all employees and equipment to Iraq.

Fort Riley, Kansas

Developed detailed training plans and then managed the execution of training programs which prepared several thousand US Army Reserve and Army National Guard Soldiers for deployment to Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. ~ Played a critical role in managing the mobilization for war, training, and then overseas deployment of two large strategically critical and high profile reserve units (30th Brigade Combat Team (NCARNG) and 48th Division (NYARNG).

-Provided subject matter expert coaching, teaching, and mentoring to Army leaders during intensive simulated combat training in an immersive training environment. -Provided expert analysis of organizational performance to senior unit leadership to include recommendations to maximize individual and organizational performance (5 Combined Arms Maneuver Rotations, 3 Battalion/Task Force level Live Fire Exercises, 3 Mission Rehearsal Exercises, ranging across light infantry, motorized, and mechanized organizations). ~ Author of two published articles regarding increasing organizational command center performance.-Developed and managed detailed individual and unit training for European-based Army units deploying to Operation Iraqi Freedom.

Developed plans and managed execution over all aspects of training and operations for a 500-person military organization. Training included multiple intensive armor task force operational training periods which included basic and advanced weapons and simulated combat training. (3 Tank Gunnery densities plus 2 Combat Training Center rotations). ~ Awarded the 1st Armored Division Commanding General's Award for Weapon Training Excellence ~ Managed multi-million dollar maintenance program and oversaw all aspects of organizational logistics for over 200 vehicles executing a budget of over 2 Million USD.Developed training plans and led unit operations during Operation Joint Guardian, KFOR2A, in Macedonia including force protection, humanitarian assistance, peacekeeping, border interdiction, and counter-insurgency.
