• Design, develop, and maintain user-friendly data visualizations and dashboards using complex datasets from different sources.• Work and consult with sister companies to help develop Power Bi solutions that fit their specific business needs.• Implement best practices to ensure dashboard design consistency for the best user experience.• Visualize and develop BI solutions (Dashboards, Scorecards, Analytic reports, Power Bi reports) to show opportunities for revenue growth based on insurance data.• Ensure minimum downtime and maximum data hygiene by establishing alignment with IT and other allied functions.• Design and deliver end-user training and training materials for top management as well as operational teams; providing technical support as necessary.
