I work for Royal Mail as a Project Manager.My Key accountabilities are to lead on successful project packages within the scope of the Operations Integrated Plan to time, cost, benefit and quality.I identify, monitor and manage risks and issues within the project, related to their work packages.I support project boards to manage the progression against the plan and escalation of any barriers throughout the project life cycle.My skills and experience include simultaneously managing the projects through the six phase process of deployment and the coherent element(s) of the Operations Integrated Plan. Knowledge and expertise in all Office applications and additionally mapping software Georoute & GIS systems. Manage activities and budgets related to the project with multiple key stakeholders.
