National and international positions of increasing seniority within sales & marketing including direct and indirect sales, strategic marketing, and general management profit and loss responsibility for a $50 MM+ business unit within Ethicon Endo -Surgery.Following business unit divestment pursuit of an IPO business model with Medex / Bank One 2003 -2005 in senior marketing & sales role.In late 05' became VP Alaris Medical (CAH) where -led the disposables business unit $150MM+including small R&D team developing next gen infusion disposables.In 2008 joined Molnlycke to lead the strategic and upstream / downstream marketing organisation within wound care also responsible for busines development process and strategy.
