I joined the senior executive team of Merrill Technologies Group after a 34 year career with Braun Kendrick. At Braun Kendrick I served many years on the Executive Committee, chaired the Business Department, and led the business transactions group. My private practice included the representation of manufacturers, banks, venture capital funds, professional practice firms and numerous privately-held businesses.At Merrill, I am a direct advisor to the owners and the board of directors. I am actively involved in the business activities of our companies, and provide counsel in many areas of our business, including commercial and government contracts, finance, human resources, sales and risk management.
