Set up and led a dedicated Multinational Servicing Team in the Financial & Professional (FINPRO) practice to service the largest and most complex clients within our account portfolio with the delivery of their multinational programmes whilst keeping abreast of, and complying with, global regulation. This was achieved by working closely with key stakeholders internally, clients and insurers to ensure the most appropriate, tailor-made solution was in place.

Responsible for managing FTSE and large multinational clients’ commercial insurance programmes, principally transacting Property & Casualty business.Main client and broker contact to oversee and carry out renewal activities and new business enquiries, as well as day-to-day contact for risk and policy coverage queries, working closely with the Client Executive as required.Coordinated the overseas Marsh network to ensure local regulations were satisfied under clients’ global insurance programmes.Regular travel to London and clients’ sites undertaken to attend risk management meetings, present renewal terms to clients and for insurer negotiations.
