With a focus on assessments, I have a particular interest in digital assessment initiatives. I have been at the forefront of the University’s response to the Covid-19 pandemic, collaborating to ensure a smooth transition to online assessment and, subsequently, building on those experiences to ensure a long term strategy and roll out of digital services that is fit for the future. Building strong and lasting partnerships is essential in my work so that the University can continue to deliver flexible and scalable exam solutions across all time zones.Strong problem solving, relationship management, an eye for detail and a calm demeanour are all qualities I hope my partners and colleagues can all appreciate in my approach.

I managed relations between the administrative and academic activities within the University of London. I am able to manage a varied workload and the complex expectations and needs of a number of different stakeholders and have a track record of building strong working relationships:Support new programme development and change within programmes.Co-ordinate annual programme review. Responsible for quality assurance matters with a particular focus on information and monitoring. During a period of secondment I successfully introduced new and simplified guidance for examiners and implemented new processes for recording and sharing information across departments. Significant experience of a key area of the student lifecycle. I managed the global examination entry process for a range of distance and London based programmes, co-ordinating exam administrations across different colleges of the University. Provided an accurate and high volume service for all aspects of examination process, including timetabling, admission notices and results, examination boards and advising on outcomes and progression.
