Researched and developed cellular communications to be deployed on military aircraft. Designed coverage and capacity models for the aircraft as well as developing and writing simulations for predicting the coverage areas of CDMA and GSM systems projected from a moving aircraft.Utilizing industry knowledge of cellular RF systems designed and developed new RF simulation tool. Partnering with local first responders, directed implementation of new communications technology into existing infrastructure. Developed training plan and mentored junior engineers and interns on RF technologies.
