Technical Production Designer
Current-Create detailed 2D and 3D drawings using Vectorworks for various event productions including corporate events, weddings, and private social events; multi-disciplinary drafting: Rigging, Lighting, Video, Scenic, Fabrication-Collaborate with event production team to ensure all design elements are executed accurately and efficiently-Attend client meetings and provide creative input on design concepts as well as creative solutions-Work closely with the AE to ensure all design elements are within budget and can be executed within the given constraints-Utilize Braceworks load calculations to ensure elements are safe and feasible-Expand and maintain the CAD resource and venue library; create and reinforce industry and company CAD standards-Create and distribute documentation to the event field staff including but limited to drawings, lighting paperwork, power load calculations, and networking diagrams-Management and deployment of Broadweigh Load Cell systems in addition to development of training documentation
