I am a degree qualified civil engineer with extensive experience applicable to the fields of land division and municipal capital works projects. The areas in which I specialise are project management, design, tender assessment and construction superintendency the result of being extensively involved with both private and government civil projects. To expand my skill base I recently moved into Civil Project Management/Business Development Management roles which enhanced my consultation and negotiation skills through dealing with a range of stakeholders. These roles further developed my skills in the detailed assessment of work scopes as conveyed by clients and I have prepared detailed methodologies and fee proposals that address the specific requirements set. I have also added to my skills and experience by undertaking a special project in the field of Occupational Health and Safety, in which the hazard management system for the high risk ‘Technical Services’ division within a local council was reviewed and recommendations were made to ensure adherence with current legislation and proposed future WHS legislation.
