I hold the European Qualifying Examination, as well as the German Patent Assessor Exam and the Law for Patent Attorneys Exam. I have extensive experience in drafting, filing, and prosecuting patent applications, as well as handling oppositions, appeals, and litigation matters. I also advise clients on trademarks, design, and employee invention law. My technical field of expertise is mechanical engineering, with a focus on automotive engineering, fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, heat and mass transfer, applied computer science, and machine learning. I have applied this knowledge to various projects, such as automotive drive, hydraulic systems, and renewable energy. In 2015, I had the opportunity to work as an expatriate patent attorney at Toyota Technical Development Corp. in Japan, where I gained valuable insights into the Asian IP market and culture.
