Serve as the department’s Chief Executive Officer; respond to major emergencies, function as a primary officer of the County’s Emergency Command Staff, including serving as a key member in the Emergency Operations Center and Countywide Emergency Response Planning Staff, and permanently appointed member of the Delaware County Emergency Communications (DELCOMM) 9-1-1 Board; serve on multiple boards.
