• Advise and represent government officials, boards, and commissions in federal and state court. Clients include but are not limited to Governor of Ohio, Ohio Secretary of State, Ohio Attorney General, Ohio Elections.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings and memoranda on vast array of legal issues including but not limited to constitutional law, election law, federal jurisdiction, and public records law
• Respond to discovery requests, perform document review, and depose lay witnesses
• Courtroom experience in state and federal court, including oral arguments before the Eighth District Court of Appeals, Tenth District Court of Appeals, United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.
• Manage time-sensitive, high-profile caseload often subject to expedited procedural schedules
