About Michael Schulte

On a mission to build a distinctive co-pilot service for B2B technology start-ups and scale-ups to help solve the most common challenges and avoid costly mistakes, that startups face on their way to sustainable and predictable growth, as well as their journey to Product-Market-, Go-to-Market-, and Business-Model-Fit. My focus is on strategy, business models, go-to-market and sales. I have integrated and continue to improve those - often mistakenly separately viewed approaches - into one coherent framework for startups.My purpose, to help startups succeed and contribute to a thriving startup-ecosystem, started back in 2016. At that time I have begun to work with founders and teams of early stage startups to unicorns in Germany, from industries across Software/SaaS, Biotech/Healthcare, Gaming, eCommerce, Media & Entertainment to name a few. In my role I consulted and advocated customers on digital product, technology as well as business decisions. Beyond I collaborated with venture capital firms and some regional accelerators, to build partnerships and help their startups succeed.
