An atypical program I resurrected was 15 months into development and two months late to delivery, no usable tooling, multiple sub-contractors that destroy parts, customer drawings that never had design reviews, replacement lead engineer, unreliable measurements, unqualified technology and personnel. Additional issues included a customer order placed wrong and the PPAP overdue.
