Alongside day to do activities I devised and executed multiple innovative talent strategies, including a 12-man SAP specialist project outsourced from the Philippines. I managed multiple stakeholders across regions, conducting bi-weekly reporting, sourcing, and negotiations and worked closely with the HR Manager recruited to assist with the Philippines project. I successfully hired over 180 employees during my tenure, implementing robust strategies for high-volume and specialised technical roles. One of my strengths is forging strong cross-departmental relationships, bringing together different viewpoints to accelerate hiring and achieve cohesive results.
